OMi Cranes Fills Overhead Crane & Hoist Service Needs with Steelhorn Staff

OMi Cranes is a leading crane manufacturer and service provider for the overhead crane industry. Tasked with servicing existing clients quickly – all while bringing in new business – the East Coast Regional Manager, Bill Owens, knew he needed more support. 

Bill’s main goal was to grow the business by hiring more technicians who could assist the variety of OMi clients. The company was seeing demand increases, but wasn’t always able to fulfill customer needs quickly because of limited staff and geographical restrictions.
